1. What formats and file sizes do you accept for upload?
We accept all formats(jpeg, tiff, gif, png, pdf, psd.) but you shall only see a preview in your cart if you upload a jpeg image. You can upload any size file up to 10 megabytes, any file size larger than that you can email to us at info@xprintcanvas.com. But do remember lager files will take longer. But the bigger the file the better your finished print will be.
2. How long will my print take to arrive?
All enlargements are ready for shipping the day after you submit your order and should be with you in a couple of days. All canvas prints are ready for shipping 2 days after we recive your order and should be with you in a couple of days after that.
3. Will you crop out any of my image?
No, we will never crop your image to fit a specific size, unless you instruct us too.Which you can do by leaving us a message in the upload page.
4. How do i take care of my print or canvas?
With all our canvas photos and prints we add a protective sealing varnish. So all you have to do is take care while handling. Preferably you should frame enlargements. With canvases they are ready to hang and should be dusted down with a soft dry cloth.
5. What if i don't see the size i would like my image printed to?
If you don't see the size you would like your image printed to for example a panoramoic size, just choose the size closest to what you would like, then leave a message at the upload page as to the exact size you need.
6. What resolution should my photo's be for printing?
The optimum resolution for printing on canvas or paper at large format sizes is 180dpi. But we can print your images from any res over 120dpi. But don't worry, if you have taken your photo on any modern digital camera with a resolution of 3 megapixels or above, we shall be able to print at any of our sizes using specialist enlargement software.
7. I would like to pay by Laser. how do I do this.

8. I am having problems uploading my photo.
If you are experiencing problems uploade your photo to us, you can email it to us at info@xprintcanvas.com , you will then be contacted by us a.s.a.p. to arrange payment.
